Pricing
All prices on our website are in GB £. A currency converter can be accessed
from one of the side buttons for your convenience.
We are not VAT registered therefore there is nothing to add (or subtract if you are
ordering outside the the UK/EU).
We accept payment by UK cheques/Postal Orders drawn and made payable to Suzy Bond Ltd or we can arrange payment via Paypal. If you would like a Paypal invoice, please let us know. Cheques should be sent to PO Box 322 Lyndhurst SO40 0BJ
We are unable to complete an order until we have received payment in full and
you will not be charged until the goods are ready to be dispatched.
We will aim, as far as possible, to dispatch within
24 hours of your order. The latest a parcel can leave is 11.00am GMT (we only
have rural post facilities in the Forest!) If any items are not in stock we will advise you by
email/telephone and the items will automatically be placed on back order.
Back ordered items are not charged until they are
shipped.All orders will be sent by Royal Mail unless
otherwise advised.
Please note that all overseas parcels will be sent
by air unless other arrangements have been discussed/advised.
Postage Costs
Our postage policy is a set fee of £1.95 for goods up to £25.00 and £2.95 for goods up to £50.00. For orders over £50.00 postage is free.
For orders outside the UK, postage will be charged at cost, however, when ordering our system will indicate the flat rate as detailed above. You will be notified of the total amount of postage prior to the shipment of your order
Returns
If in the unlikely event you have received damaged or faulty goods, please could you contact Strand & Co in the first instance within 7 days of receipt and we will make arrangements with you for the goods to be returned. Please note the goods must be suitably packaged to prevent further damage. Replacement goods will be dispatched upon the receipt of the damaged/faulty goods at no further charge.

Strand & Co do not disclose buyers personal information to third parties.
